Welcome to the Carlingford Cougars website. We are a large grassroots Junior Rugby League Club playing in the Balmain District.
As we approach a significant milestone in our club’s history, we are thrilled to invite you to join us in celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Carlingford Cougars Junior Rugby League Football Club, formerly known as St Gerards. This momentous occasion is a testament to the dedication, passion, and community spirit that have shaped our club over the decades.
Mini and Mod League (Boys and Girls – Under 6s to Under 12s)
Ages: 4-11
Where we play: Combined competition with Balmain Junior Rugby League with a mixture of home and away games
Training: Wednesdays and/or Fridays at Sir Thomas Mitchell Reserve, Dundas Valley
Games: Sundays from April to August (one week off during school holidays)
Active Kids Voucher: Yes, you can use your Active Kids Voucher

Ages: 7 and older

Games: Sundays from May to August (one week off during school holidays)

Simply visit our online merchandise shop, purchase your goods and choose the pickup option at Sir Thomas Mitchell (STM). Bring a paper or email copy of the invoice and pick up your goods. It’s that simple!
