Whether you want to play Mini League, Mod League, International Rugby League or LeagueTag, the Carlingford Cougars have a team for boys and girls of all ages.
Mini and Mod League (Boys and Girls – Under 6s to Under 12s)
Ages: 4-11
Where we play: Combined competition with Balmain Junior Rugby League with a mixture of home and away games
Training: Wednesdays and/or Fridays at Sir Thomas Mitchell Reserve, Dundas Valley
Games: Sundays from April to August (one week off during school holidays)
Active Kids Voucher: Yes, you can use your Active Kids Voucher

Non-Contact LeagueTag (Girls Only – Under 8s to Opens)
Ages: 7 and older

We are now offering a dedicated collection service at our home ground on Friday training nights and home game days via the convenience of online shopping!
Simply visit our online merchandise shop, purchase your goods and choose the pickup option at Sir Thomas Mitchell (STM). Bring a paper or email copy of the invoice and pick up your goods. It’s that simple!
